Fortas Chamber Music Concerts

For Fortas Chamber Music Concerts, I strive to make artists' voices shine. Aside from highlighting the performers, I work closely with Artistic Director Jennifer Koh. I balance priorities of making sure she feels her voice comes through in the copy, while also adhering to Kennedy Center style.

I am particularly proud of my copy for the 2024 Sounds of US festival. This new festival was a challenge, with nothing prior to pull from and with details slowly trickling in. Regular communication with festival curator Jennifer Koh and the rest of the Fortas team was crucial to staying on the same page and creating copy that accurately explained the event and its many participating artists.
